Personalised items are non-refundable. Refunds are not given to you if you have simply changed your mind. A refund or exchange will be made if there is a problem with the item you have received. You can contact us on the email above and we will be happy to resolve any issues.

Refunds must be made within 10 days of receiving your order. We can only refund your order if it is unworn and with the original tags attached. Please contact us via our email if you wish to make a return.
